This session aim to enhance communication skills both with oneself and with others, all while enjoying the interactive Dardchat experience. The workshop features various activities, including icebreakers to help participants connect and set expectations, exercises to develop critical thinking through questions and answers, and understanding the dynamics of conscious versus subconscious thinking in group settings. Participants will also engage in rounds of team-based chats and challenges, fostering collaboration and reflection, with evaluations and conclusions to wrap up the experience.

About The Instructor:
Raneem Nasereddin is a graduate of the College of Social Relations and Asian Chinese Studies. With over 4 years of experience in social work and informal education, she has developed her expertise as a youth program coordinator and mentor. As the founder of DardChat, Raneem is passionate about creating interactive and meaningful platforms that foster better communication and personal development, particularly through her workshops and youth programs.
