No prior art experience is necessary.

The session will involve…

• We will begin with guided mindfulness to get into a creative and relaxed mind-body space.

• next step => painting and expressing self through painting

• Finally, coming back to the group space and sharing about the art journey, where the facilitator (myself) guides the group with the right questions and statements to help process the art and understand the message behind it.

About the Instructor;

Sneha Kukreja is a certified mindfulness trainer, life coach, and counselor. Since 2011, she has been facilitating workshops coaching clients across Dubai, and facilitating self-growth. She has an MA in Counselling Psychology from Sofia University, California, USA (2018). During the time of her master's education, Sneha was trained in process painting. She then started using painting as a means to express her own emotions when feeling overwhelmed, or a need for self-reflection, which really helped her with personal growth and healing. This brought on the idea to offer process painting to help individuals in Dubai. She has been offering process painting across various venues in Dubai and California since 2017 and has been able to help many experience a lot benefits from it.
