This 2-hour guided journaling session is designed to help you cultivate a mindset of gratitude, set heartfelt intentions, and embrace self-awareness throughout the holy month.

Through a combination of guided journaling exercises and intuitive doodling, you will explore how creativity can enhance mindfulness, deepen self-awareness, and bring joy to your Ramadan reflections.

During the session, participants will:

  • Practice gratitude journaling through structured prompts and reflective writing exercises.

  • Set heartfelt Ramadan intentions and explore how to align them with personal, emotional, and spiritual growth.

  • Learn simple and expressive doodling techniques to visually capture emotions, reflections, and gratitude.

  • Experience the calming and meditative benefits of creative expression.

  • Create a personalized gratitude & intention journal page to carry the practice beyond the workshop.

Senamees S. Khrais is the founder of Zen Art, specializing in therapeutic art and mindfulness practices. Certified NPL practitioner with expertise in CBT, meditation, and creative techniques. Her unique approach makes mindfulness practical and suitable for everyday life.
